As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully initiating, coordinating, and completing innovative projects at our client. You will act as the link between various departments and disciplines, ensuring smooth planning, budget control, and meeting milestones.

Functie

In this role, you will facilitate effective collaboration among colleagues, enabling them to achieve results that contribute to the strategic goals of the organization. 

Additionally, you will: 

  • Develop project plans and manage time tracking.
  • Closely monitor the project budget and report progress to the management team.
  • Lead project meetings or scrum sessions, fostering a culture of open communication and ensuring active participation from all stakeholders.
  • Identify project risks proactively and take action to safeguard objectives.
  • Oversee the transition of new R&D developments to engineering and assembly teams.
  • Maintain close contact with technical research institutes like TNO to stay updated on the latest advancements in driveline technologies.

Functie-eisen

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical, project-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of PRINCE2 or a similar project management methodology is a plus.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership. Your persistence and management skills will ensure the successful completion of innovative projects.
  • The ability to bring together people and disciplines, listen effectively, and inspire them with your enthusiasm.
